TWAS Returns & Refunds

Prior to making the decision to return a TWAS Cafe item, we ask you to please understand that vintage and upcycled pieces are unique in their own right, telling its history and past life; and therefore, may present any minor flaws visually with blemishes, scratches, dents, and/or tarnish spots. With that said, we also understand accidents happen, items may be damaged during shipment (and for this, we apologize!) or an item may not work as its intended purpose. When requesting a return, please include any supporting information and item photos. We appreciate your time and support! 

RETURNS

• TWAS Cafe has a 14-day return policy. Therefore, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery (or date of purchase, if an in-person purchase) to email a request for the return of an item and be considered for a refund.
• Returns will be accepted for items that are damaged and/or defective upon receipt. Please reach out immediately upon receipt of an incorrect, damaged, or defective item to ensure proper resolution.
• To start a return request, please email: namaste@twascafe.com with order details and reason for return request ("Return Email Request"). TWAS Cafe will respond within 48 hours of receiving a Return Email Request.
• Items for return are to be mailed to: TWAS Cafe, PO Box 440800, Aurora, CO 80044 
• You will be emailed a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package after your Return Email Request is received.
• Items mailed for return without first submitting a Return Email Request will not be accepted.

Refunds

You will be notified once your return is received by TWAS, and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, TWAS will refund you the amount of the item returned via the original payment method within two (2) business days of refund approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, as this is outside of TWAS' control.
